2. Bookings – Subject to availability; SPS AUTOINSPECT-PROS may reschedule or cancel due to safety, weather, or operational reasons.

3. Payments – Payment terms confirmed at booking; extra services may incur additional fees.

4. Reports – Reflect vehicle condition at inspection only; no guarantee of future performance.

5. Liability – Limited as permitted by law; SPS AUTOINSPECT-PROS not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Consumer Law – Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

7. Intellectual Property – All website content is owned by SPS AUTOINSPECT-PROS.

8. Changes – Terms may be updated; continued use indicates acceptance.
